You will be automatically enrolled in the same or similar PSHB plan as your current FEHB plan. If you’re new to us or want to make changes, follow our simple step-by-step process — and you're covered.

New to G.E.H.A?

Contact your federal agency’s personnel office to make your health plan selection. You may be able to enroll using your agency’s preferred enrollment system. Learn more at opm.gov. Outside of Open Season, new federal employees may enroll within 60 days of becoming eligible for the program. Other special circumstances may allow you to enroll or change your PSHB coverage outside of Open Season.

After you enroll, G.E.H.A will send you:

  • An enrollment kit with a plan brochure
  • Your health plan ID card (in a separate mailing)
  • A QuestSelect card for lab services (for Standard members without Medicare only)

Already a satisfied G.E.H.A member?

Again, if you don’t want to make any changes to your coverage, you don’t have to do anything during Open Season. Your current coverage will carry over into the new year. If you want to make changes, follow our simple step-by-step.
