Nurse Advice Line $0 cost to you
The 24-hour Nurse Advice Line connects you to nurses who can help evaluate symptoms and determine an appropriate method of treatment.
Telehealth visits $0 cost to you*
Access to doctors, including pediatricians, dermatologists and licensed behavioral health therapists by phone, secure video or MDLIVE app at $0 cost to you.
Primary care provider $
The best place to go for non-emergency care. Treatment is based on knowledge of your medical history.
MinuteClinic® $
Convenient access for treatment of minor medical problems such as UTI, common cold, flu, sore throat, pink eye and ear pain.
Urgent care $$
Clinics treating various medical problems, including UTI, flu, bronchitis, allergies, asthma, rash without fever, fractures, sprains, cuts and burns.
Emergency room $$$$
Treating severe conditions such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, weakness on one side, slurred speech, fainting, broken bones and seizures.
If the issue is life threatening, call 911
*HDHP members who have met their deductible will be charged by MDLIVE, but GEHA will then reimburse the member 100% of the Plan Allowance.
