New Member ID cards have been mailed or are in process. Your Member ID card number has changed; please share your new ID number with any provider or pharmacy for services or prescriptions. Members: ID card numbers can also be found on the MyGEHA portal. Providers: Use the new ID card number for claims or authorizations.

For G.E.H.A health plan members, it's easier than ever to receive health advice and access convenient health care options. In addition to your primary care provider, you can receive care via phone, video or in person using these options:
Call 1-888-257-4342 to speak with a registered nurse – any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your member ID number available when you call.
If you're calling G.E.H.A's Nurse Advice Line from outside the United States, call collect at 1-709-835-8243.
The Nurse Advice Line nurses can help evaluate symptoms and determine an appropriate method of treatment, which may include home-based remedies, referral to an
urgent care facility or walk-in clinic, or accessing our telemedicine service to speak with a physician.

Seeing a doctor, therapist or dermatologist is simple, fast and uncomplicated. Includes pediatrics.
Visit an Urgent Care clinic for the treatment of non-emergency health issues. It's a low copay of $30 for Standard and High health members. If you have Medicare Parts A&B, your cost is $0.
