If you have questions about a recent GEHA claim, register to access your web account (or sign in if you've already created an online account with GEHA). Your web account will give you online access to GEHA claims and eligibility information.

If you have a question or concern, please contact GEHA's Customer Service Department by:

Call (800) 821-6136. We answer calls from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). We offer extended hours until 7 p.m. Central time for members with physical addresses in the Mountain time zone, the Pacific time zone, and in Alaska and Hawaii.

Persons with speech or hearing impairment can reach GEHA via Relay Missouri's TTY number: (800) 735-2966.

When calling from outside the United States:

  1. Call the AT&T USADirect® access number for the country from which you are calling.
  2. Enter the GEHA toll-free number: (877) 320-9469. Do not dial a "1" before the 877.

Note: GEHA's response to your email will be sent through a 128-bit email encryption system in which recipients access the email with user ID and password verification procedures. Email stays on the website for 14 days unless it is deleted by the recipient. You can save the email to your local system if you choose.
