As a GEHA medical plan member, you can receive health advice anytime, day or night, via phone, video or in person.
GEHA’s 24-hour Health Advice Line is available as a free benefit to all medical plan members. This convenient health care option is staffed by registered nurses who will discuss your symptoms and appropriate methods of treatment. The nurse may refer you to an urgent care facility or walk-in clinic.
Call 888-257-4342 to consult with a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to have you member ID number available when you call. If you’re outside of the United States and calling GEHA’s Health Advice Line, call collect at 709-835-8243.
