G.E.H.A Annual Member Meeting

The G.E.H.A Annual Member Meeting will be held in-person only. There is no provision for virtual attendance or a mail-in ballot. A boxed lunch to-go will be offered at the conclusion of the meeting.

The following matters will be presented to the membership for a vote at the G.E.H.A Annual Member Meeting:

  •          Election of Directors; and
  •         Amendments to the G.E.H.A Bylaws.

The proposed Bylaws amendments add the G.E.H.A President to the Executive Committee, impose a director age limit of 72 (with grandfathering), clarify treatment of partial terms and remove inoperative provisions.
