It’s never too early to start earning rewards for activities you already do.

It’s never too early to start earning rewards for activities you likely already do. These rewards can then be used toward qualified medical expenses.

Standard, High or HDHP health plan members will earn Health Rewards. This program gives two adult members per household (age 18 or older) the opportunity to earn Health Rewards for participating in activities that promote healthy behavior. Visit the Health Rewards webpage for more information and a list of rewardable activities.

Elevate and Elevate Plus members earn Wellness Pays rewards. This program gives two adult members per household (age 18 or older) the opportunity to earn dollars on a Wellness Pays reward card as you complete activities. The Wellness Pays card can be used toward qualified medical purchases. For more detailed information, visit the Wellness Pays webpage.
